Do you accept cash or e-transfer?
Yes — I accept both cash and e-transfer. Payment is due at pickup unless we've agreed on something different ahead of time.
How long do alterations take?
Simple alterations — hems, buttons, small repairs — usually take about 5 days. Bigger jobs, like wedding gowns or custom fitting, depend on the scope of the piece, and I'll give you a clear timeline at your fitting.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, please — since it's a home-based studio, I ask that you book ahead rather than drop by unannounced. Send a message and I'll find a time that works.
What should I bring?
Bring the garment itself, plus any shoes or accessories you'll be wearing with it if the fit depends on them (like heels for a hem length).
